Tropical Mango Smoothie Bowl

Bring the flavors of the tropics to you with this smoothie bowl featuring banana, mango, pineapple, and coconut.



I needed this after getting teased with some warm weather before being plunged back into winter. This smoothie is so sweet and mild with just the right mix of tropical flavors. I added some cauliflower for an extra serving of veggies and hit of fiber. I swear you won’t even taste it!


Tropical Mango Smoothie Bowl


Ingredients


  • 1 banana

  • 1/3 cup frozen mango

  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup lite coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • Sweetener to taste (I used 1 tsp stevia)

  • Shredded coconut for topping


Directions


In a blender combine the banana, mango, pineapple, cauliflower, coconut milk, almond milk, and sweetener. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl or glass and top with shredded coconut. Enjoy!Directions should always be short and to the point.
