Very Berry Smoothie

Fruity and sweet with just a touch of creaminess, this smoothie makes a great breakfast, snack, or dessert!

Berries are a great source of vitamins and are packed with tons of antioxidants! Using frozen mixed berries in this smoothie allows you to enjoy these benefits even when fresh berries may not be in season. Plus, frozen berries are often picked and frozen at the height of ripeness, often making them even more nutritious than fresh. And of course there's the added bonus that your fruit won't go bad right after you buy it. Win-win-win!
